Crossroads: Nine (9) Low-Income Housing Units Located at:  92 Northwest Second Avenue, Ontario, Orego Eligibility:  Applicants for Crossroads housing, must be able to provide income certification that they are low-income (at or below 60% of median income), pass a background check, and must have the capacity of paying low rent (or have documented sponsorship for rental assistance).        It is the policy of Malheur Council on Aging & Community Services to provide services without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, familial status, physical handicap or disability.
